A temporary exhibition pavilion installed for one month in the plaza in front of Kyoto City Hall. It was built by volunteers, mainly students from Shigeru Ban Laboratory at Kyoto University of the Arts. The structure uses paper tubes with a diameter of 33cm, length 270cm, and thickness 15mm, with horizontal beams of 12cm in diameter passing through and rigidly connected. Sandbags were placed inside the tubes for structural stability.
