A permanent public housing project in Otani-machi, Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, comprising two two-story buildings and three single-story buildings (40 units in total).
The project reuses large-section timber from the Expo Ring—donated free of charge by the Expo Association to Suzu City—including 42 cm square columns and 21 cm × 42 cm beams, together with CLT panels, as structural members.
