On 20th August 2014, heavy rainfall struck Hiroshima City, Japan which caused huge landslides forcing over 1600 residents to evacuate into facilities. VAN (Coluntary Architects’ Network) visited evacuation facilities to install Paper Partition Systen (PPS4) units.
