This project is one of the developments in the Nieuw Zuid Antwerp district, designed by various architects. It comprises a high-rise residential tower (80 meters tall, 25 stories) and a mid-rise building (22 meters tall, 6 stories), accommodating a total of 295 households with units ranging from one to four bedrooms and a living, dining, and kitchen area. The entire complex is divided into two blocks, and arranged in a U-shape around a central courtyard. Due to strict regulations on timber construction in Belgium, the main structure is made of RC, with wood used only for the exterior cladding and roof. However, on the top floor of the mid-rise building, a hybrid CLT–concrete slab structure has been introduced.
