This temporary pavilion was designed for the “Garage Center” art gallery in Gorky Park, Moscow, Russia. It was requested that this be built in short construction time and at low cost. Therefore, the pavilion was constructed with 6m tall paper tubes produced locally, and were arranged in an elliptical plan to realize a spacious, 2400㎡ gallery. A simple rectangular museum box is designed in the heart of the elliptical space, which allows various types of exhibition. The spcae between the paper tube wall and museum has reception, cafe, book shop, cloak and offices.
