The restaurant is built in the midst of a large natural field and serves fresh vegetables from there. The thatched roof used in traditional Japanese farmhouses and the large roof assembly made of a hybrid structure of paper tubes and wood create a spacious area with high ceilings, which is also used as a music hall.
