For a glass craftsman’s atelier an office-use steel shelf system was employed as an easy to assemble main structural system. The height of the ceiling and the width of the room correspond to the module of the steel angle. By developing steel plates that attach to the angles, a complex structure became possible, and even the frame structure of the ceiling was able to be constructed by simply tightening bolts.
