The site is at the top of a small hill that extends out from the sea, so the architecture itself was made into a picture window to cut out the panoramic horizon. Furthermore, the scenery flows from the sea through the architecture connecting to the rear garden. The entire second floor works as a truss spanning 20m, creating a 20m by 2.5m column-free space or a “picture window” that gives an unobstructed view to the ocean.
