To accommodate the triangular site shape and ensure design flexibility, the first floor uses a reinforced concrete waffle slab, while the second floor features a timber space frame roof. The waffle slab employs non-deformable tetrahedral formwork, which allowed a reduction in rebar quantity compared to conventional rectangular sections. The space-frame roof has the same geometry as the waffle slab, creating architectural harmony throughout the building despite the use of different materials—concrete and wood.
