The National Library of Israel, located in Jerusalem, is part of an overall city planning scheme, for a building complex composed of Research and Study, Education and Culture, Public Areas, Library Operations and Underground Stacks. The proposed Master Plan is divided into three zones, Peace Passage, Star Square and Heritage Hall, bordered by a spiritual wall.
