The structure of the Clubhouse is composed of two diagonal shear walls of reinforced concrete, and tiered floor plates made from laminated bamboo girders/beams, that are supported between these diagonal walls and cores. The structure of the townhouses is composed by 10 structural walls with laminated bamboo beams that span between the walls. The 10 main walls are conventional reinforced concrete with local brick infills, and the exposed laminated bamboo beams give a special quality to the interior space.
