The building features one-story-high Vierendeel trusses spanning 22 meters on every other floor. Enclosed rooms with determined purposes are placed on the truss levels, while large open spaces such as showrooms, offices, and meeting rooms are located in the column-free areas. A fire-resistant wood cladding system, developed through official certification, has been applied to the steel structure—serving both as fire protection and as finish—reducing costs and conserving resources.
