The building‘s structure is made of one-story-high Vierendeel trusses spanning 22 meters on every other floor, allowing open spaces for showrooms, offices, and meeting rooms. The way structural timber members can be thickened for fireproofing, this steel structure is covered by wood, functioning as finishing and fireproofing at the same time, therefore minimizing costs and resources.
