This project is made up of two separate buildings but are designed to respond to each other, to form a dialogue between them and their environment. To stage this dialogue, the façades have the same language. Language, however, slightly nuanced to affirm and differentiate the two hotel programs. On the top floor, on the Avenue de France side, the restaurant of the 4-star hotel stands like a bridge linking the two entities.
