This is a prototype of a 50㎡ home that can be built in onemonth for approximately 5 million yen, excluding equipment.The structure uses PHP panels, which are made of paper honeycomb material sandwiched between LVL, and a newly developed interchangeable zipper-type membrane material is used for the roof and exterior walls. The bathroom and kitchen are integrated, including water supply and drainage pipes brought through the ceiling, as well as air conditioning, lighting, and a retractable bathtub. This allows the construction of the building itself (shell) and the equipment (core) to be separated, shortening the construction period.
