As a temporary structure of at most 10 years was requested, recyclable and reusable materials were used for the building. Paper tubes made of recycled paper were used as columns, and containers were used for the walls and frame structure, covered by a glass roof. A stacking glass shutter façade enabled a smooth transition between the inside and the ocean in front of the building.
