This is a commercial and office complex building planned in Fukuoka City. The front road is a financial district lined with banks. This project proposes to open a small café and stores as a facade against the financial street to bring the crowd in. The other front road is lined with cafés and the bustle spreads through the streets, so the first floor will be an arcade with two layers of bi-folding glass doors, and the atrium and street inside the building will be integrated to attract the crowd. The office area is planned as a shared office space with a sense of openness connecting to a huge atrium open to the city. The facade is made of low-E glass with slightly different colors, giving the glass facade a material texture.
