To create unique Eurasian architecture by a fusion of Asian and European cultures, three characteristics were adapted; a large wooden roof covering the entire space that creates one continuous space underneath from inside to outside, create continuity between interior and exterior by glass shutters, and all theatres are transformable by adjusting to seasons, occasions and programs. The structure of the buildings consists of a reinforced concrete frame with concrete walls and slabs. Efficient steel trusses will be utilized to span the large roof of over the theatre spaces.
