This economy hotel was born out of a desire to create low cost hotel rooms in Manhattan. As such the 6 story hotel comprised of 80 rooms 8 feet by 16 feet. All rooms were configured to provide amenities a hotel guest would want in a reduced floor area. Rooms included a bed for two, closet, bathroom, and television. The ground floor has a reception and retail space. The roof accommodates a bar and a restaurant.
