The triangular plaza that symbolizes the delta of the old Oota River and the Mori Clan family crest is covered in a warm, wooden grid shell structure with a translucent membrane, and is supported by the structure of the surrounding bridges. This allows the plaza to be used regardless of the weather. At the plaza, an information kiosk, book store, flower shop, café, and other shops are conveniently located for the passengers and users of the station.
