In a former industrial area close to the city center of Dijon, this 140 unit housing development’s main urban approach is to create a natural and green interior space surrounded by buildings that will respond to their immediate landscape by their scale and characteristics. The structure of all housing units will be made of the same L-shaped precast concrete module assembled in different ways for the two and four storey high buildings, allowing for high economical and construction efficiency.
