The site is located near the Casino’s Gardens in Monte Carlo. The project involves the creation of a new luxury apartment building with a retail space at the ground floor. We proposed to design well-lit apartments with double height living rooms and generous outdoor terraces, in order to allow the natural light to fill the spaces, to take advantage of the warm weather and to enjoy the surrounding view of the Monegasque city. The living rooms are oriented to the south, to the view of the Gardens and of the sea they present a glass shutter façade that can be completely open to the outdoor terraces. The roof top apartment includes double height spaces, a swimming pool located on the terrace and a roof garden.
