The café and restaurant is planned as the first phase of the bay area development in Beirut. Given that the site is 1.2km long and faces the ocean, the area can be enjoyed at all hours of the day, from sunrise to sunset. Furthermore, using the railroad, a mobile restaurant is envisioned along the coastline.
